I must admit, I am feeling much more comfortable now that the weather is turning colder. This is just the sort of weather I enjoy. Although it's not quite winter yet, I am still looking forward to the first snowfall. It is a shame that not everyone can appreciate the colder seasons. But it is understandable. We all come from different places and ( Read more... )

I'm... not really sure. Probably something a bit more challenging. As much as I enjoy baked goods, some recipes that I've looked at seem fairly easy. Do you have any suggestions?

Well... some cakes a little harder. For goods that are not baked... we could try to make seafood dishes. Some are more difficult to make.

Or we could make a cannon beetle-- *deleted*

I don't really see myself baking cakes all that often. Perhaps seafood dishes would be more appropriate. As long as we aren't using using Corphish.

Cold or hot, weather don't really bother me none. Guess fire-types are just tougher'n you ice-types.

One thing I don't get, though... if summer pisses you off so bad, how come y'don't just shave yourself or somethin'?

Considering I've spent most of my life in a place that was cold year round, I would have to agree with you. I've only started to adjust to warmer weather in these recent few years. That's mostly because I've adapted to using my human form.

From an ice-type's point of view, it isn't just that our fur is too thick. It also has to do with body muscle and fat ratios among other things. Our bodies are simply built to withstand a certain climate. That's like saying that fire types should be able to survive in constantly raining or wet areas by bringing an umbrella.

Well, they should. S'a little different for my species 'cause of the tail flame, but I ain't never been snuffed out by chillin' in a rainy place. Us fire-types? We ain't whiners like you.

I can't speak from experience, but I would think wet climates would have more negative effects on fire-types. The tail flame is one example. However, I can't help but think that inhaling all of that moisture would damage one's insides and cause for difficulties when trying to breath fire.

But yes, I suppose comparatively, fire-types are more well versed in handling different weather.
