so i've been running for about a week, and my back says "hey, i'm going t obe crippled or something" so i have my pain again.  i go to doctor and phys ther. is up soon i hope.  but right now its a serious ache, and it doesn't hurt right now to bend, but just sitting, it frakin aches aches aches.  god i love peanut.
