Question to my traveling friends...

I've been with Alaska Air's mileage plan for years, like 10 of them. I've always been happy how I could earn miles, until the last year or so when they dropped many of the easier ways to earn miles

I like SouthWest. I don't fly enough to really get miles, so I've never bothered. But I just like their service and that they're (to me) more honest. (ie: they don't charge fees for bags, yeah, they're tickets are a little higher, but it;s not a hidden bag fee.)

I've found their flight staff to be better too. they're only negative is that they're baggage handling is a little slow getting stuff to baggage claim.

Southwest is the only one that hasn't pissed me off over the years. (Ask me about American and my 48 hours without sleep sometime.)

I probably still have ff miles with Delta. They're not too bad.
