Thanks. It was an alright day. Spent most of it at home cleaning.

Unfortunately the boy and I weren't able to be celebrating at bonfire together.

I know how you feel. I feel the same way when I go to work. But it's a job, and I doubt I'd be much happier doing anything else.

Yeah, a job is a very good thing to have right now.

Maybe it's the fact I haven't really gotten to travel, I mean as in Inferno or something similar, in quite a while. There was Noctis and New York later last year, but both were a bit stressy.

Hoping your visit and our trip to Portland helps reset me a bit.

It's amazing you can look busy without actually doing anything, is what I've found out. I just have been going through the motions lately and in true "Office Space" spirit I do about 2 hours of actual work in any given day, but looking busy has what has prevented me getting in trouble. I should be happy... this job is a pretty good one and I've had the most advancement out of all that I have had. But burnt out doesn't even begin to describe things for me.

Take this weekend for example... did like 6 loads of laundry, gardening/lawn stuff, cleaned the garage up, cleaned the bathroom top to bottom, dishes, the tile floors and about a dozen other things and now here it is monday i have to go to work feeling like i need a weekend from my weekend.

I am such a jerk. In a drunken fit I insist you add me on lj, and then you say you did, and then I take over a week to even check and add you back.

SHOOT ME.

I update too often anyway, so you probably don't want to read my shit. :)

But hay, I'm moving to Seattle!
