upon watching Land of the Dead again today, it occurred to me that there is something inherently creepy about zombies who retain some sense of who or what they were. for instance, the intro to LotD where the zombie band is standing in the gazebo, attempting to still play their instruments. or the zombie cheerleader still gripping her pompoms. or
