Hmmm, about the new Turtles, though...

I wasn't really looking forward to the new TMNT film at first, hearing about Micheal Bay's name in the producers' credits and whatnot. But I'm pretty much past all that and with Megan Fox taking the role as April. However, as more and more of the trailers started to come out, I kinda found myself liking the unique approaches on each of the Turtles

I've seen the movie twice and want to go again! Don's gorgeous and so is his personality. They did a good job this time of making this a team of FOUR brothers, not the Leo and Raph show. Knowing that Megan Fox is a life long TMNT fan and her first crush as a child was Mikey and that she begged to be in the movie really helped me enjoy her as April. I felt like I was watching a fellow fangirl. :D Mikey was a joy; so beautifully in character and funny as shell. Master Splinter got to show off some bad ass fighting skills and there were some sweet action scenes. I really liked the movie.

I just saw it last night, and I was NOT dissapointed one bit! Megan Fox was excellent as April, and discovering that she's a TMNT fan shows how well she knew the character.

AHHHHHH AND MIKEYYYYY <3 he was absoultely adorable, and silly as always. while it was just a friend and I in the theatre along with a couple of people sitting behind us, I still had to keep my fangirling to a minimum, but even still I enjoyed the movie either way. The action scenes were also amazing, especially the showdown between Master Splinter and Shedder. I got suuuuurrrrrious chillls. :D

The first night it came out I went to see it by myself. They had that huge cutout display in the lobby and I asked the manager if I could have it when they were done with it. I left my phone number and he called me last week so I picked it up on Saturday. I have no idea what got into me, but now I'm the proud owner of this gigantic thing! XD
