Umm, very very hot and muggy. Ugg. But once I got used to it it was ok. And I saw all my friends I hadn't seen in yonks. My cousin once removed, Cynthia and her son Jayman are such wonderful people. And I say my great aunt and uncle as well. And my Nanna, dear Nanna, she gave me her violin cause I told I wanted to get into playing violin! :D I love my people. and how are you? Man, i'm so out of the loop, have you started your course yet?

I started my course the day before yesterday. I'm at the possum-in-the-headlights phase. There have been some moments of blind panic, but mostly it's just been really exciting!

The other students are all so young. I've met some other 'mature students' and made some friends, but mostly I'm just surrounded by teenagers. It's completely bizarre.

Considering all my friends are teenagers and 20 something, I'm the opposite. Interesting what age demographics can do for the atmosphere of a place, aye?

Oh yes, no flooding. It was all up north, further away from me on the cold and sunshine coast. Those poor people. and the fires, man. It's sad.
