For the first time, the kids are in different schools. Em is starting at the Middle School and Matthew is in his last year at the Intermediate School. So, Em starts school at 7:10 and Matthew starts at 8:20. Nicole and Nick are two years apart so this happened a few times throughout school. Of course, by seventh grade, they didn't want to pose for anything.

HA! You mean the sneakers that never would've been had you not been shopping with us?!?

When I took Matt to Shoe Carnival to get new sneakers before school started, Em found a pair of black/white checked shoelaces that matched her sneakers perfectly. They were $3.99!!! I bought them for her. But never again will I buy shoelaces, no matter how perfectly they match the shoes, for $3.99!?!?

Tell me about it!!! She hit a growth spurt this past summer and she's also growing as an individual. :)
