I honestly am so surprised you had not been skiing before. I'm glad you liked it. I have been only a handful of times and still have the worst time of it. I wish I loved it. Oh well.

I didn't think I would like it at all, so I was pleasantly surprised, although I could see how easy it would be to dislike skiing. I'm not much for cold weather.

Yeah, it's the cold that gets me. I just dread it and it makes me not want to go. And then when I get there, I'm never that cold, so I don't know why I don't ever remember that. And I don't dislike skiing, I just don't love it. It's still so hard for me that I don't love it. It's too much work!

it is my fault...I wanted to go and never took the opportunity to go...I still want to go...perhaps next winter...maybe we can all meet up and go...you know like down 4th east where we used to live...

You are definitely a Hovley now! I was thinking while I was shoveling the stuff how long it has been since I went skiing. It looked like perfect skiing conditions! It was thanks to your father=in-law that I learned to enjoy it, too.
