just an update

So my birthday was pretty fucking awesome. It involved getting a copy of the Mass Effect trilogy for PS3 from Korey and a digital SLR camera from my parents, for one thing. Though I actually got the camera the day after so I didn't have it when Korey and I went to the botanical garden in Fort Wayne. I did still get some awesome butterfly pictures

Oh by the way, speaking of Facebook, I saw your post about political issues and responses, I just wanted to let you know that I don't talk about politics on Facebook because I have a lot of family/relatives on Facebook who read my comments and they tend to have stronger beliefs than me, so I have to be very careful with what I say in regards to that and certain other things. Like I could never discuss my plans to try to make a baby/the egg freezing on Facebook. So yeah, if you make a post about that sort of thing and I see it and don't respond, it's not that I'm ignoring what you said, just that I'm in a position on Facebook where I can't be very open due to who reads my page.

No, don't worry about that. Basically the whole reason for that post is that sometimes people feel the need to argue with me when I post something political, which I almost never do. When I do, it's an issue that I take very personally and it's the sort of thing where I probably think you're a bad person if you disagree with me. For example, equality for LGBT people, issues dealing with sexism, etc. So chances are if you argue with me when I'm mad enough about something to post about it, you'll just tick me off. I posted that just kind of pre-emptively because of a bunch of big things happening (Wendy Davis, DOMA and Prop 8, etc). So basically so long as you don't argue with me I don't care if you respond to the PSA or not or anything. And I doubt if you'd argue anyway.
