There are basically two kinds of parties - ones built around BRD and ones built around BLM. From your list it seems you played only in BRD parties and it's understandable since 90% of BLMs nowadays are RNG converts who replaced their /ra with /ma "Blizzard III" and 90% of the rest are generic retards with ADD who could not play BLM before RNG nerf and cannot now, two years ago most of them would switch to DRG after lv30 because even for them it's obvious that they suck but now with all those Divine Might videos and Operation Dessert Swarm "mercs" they have a reason to keep going. Consequentially with the lack of non-braindead BLMs the jobs good for BLM parties are also suffering - DRKs, DRGs, SAMs, RNGs, THFs, WARs with great axes are extinct
