I got a faceup commission a couple of weeks ago. Rather enjoyed it, and was mostly happy with the result, so here are some piccies:

Oh my, she's adorable~ Love the sparklies on her lips and her teeth and yes~
Also, Riesling's dress is amazing~

I like using that "pearlizer" medium on dollies lips and eyelids. It really brings a faceup to life - makes it all purdy!

Riesling's dress is just from a simple pattern for DD girls: http://www.denofangels.com/patterns/james/DD%20flared%20dress/ I added the armlets to give it a more complete look.

Really great job - nice soft colour. Lovely shine on the lips. I'd certainly be proud if I did a faceup that well :)
