*waves frantically* I pay attention! When I'm not hatcheting my way through a severe case of the doldrums, so astutely portrayed in the Phantom Tollbooth.
Unfortunately, I'm of no assistance whatsoever by way of Sherlock Holmes. The movie does look like rubbish, though; glad someone else entertains a similar sentiment. And this is coming from someone who enjoys Rachel Adams!
I'm glad you're back - I missed you! I'm glad you're feeling better, too. I like Rachel Adams, McAdams, whatever her name is, too. And Robert Downey Jr. I could live with Jude Law, but damn, don't try to modern it up and slash it up to boot! The stories are great in their original form.
Aww, thanks! I'm glad to be back, too! I missed you as well.
Precisely! No need to alter the stories; they're legendary for a reason. Although Hollywood is clearly experiencing a paucity of decent material. Call me crazy, but I consider this the direct result of our society's increased interest in twittering/texting and decreased interest in anything even approaching intelligent (ie reading, education, etc.).
Yeah people have a zero second attention span. I think that's why soaps keep getting canceled. People can't follow a storyline. Too much for them.
I got material here on my computer...original screenplays that no one wants. :( I guess no one wants them...I need to try and sell them more aggressively.
The only movie versions I've watched were the old ones with Basil Rathbone. Which were pretty good. I think it's imposter...like you think it's MOLESTOR but it's MOLESTER, and PROTESTER.
I know, you want to see the nude wrestling with Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr! I wish it were more true to the stories - I wouldn't have a problem with the casting, really. Although Jude Law to me is about as alluring as a dirty sweat sock.

And I've never watched an old ep of Doctor Who with Tom Baker either! It was before my time and those eps are hard to come by.
