Appearance: Victor is a tall, slender man and lean muscled. He's a good looking enough of a man, straight nose, medium sized lips, and a slight overbite that gives a full straight smile (when he bothers to smile). There's a grace to his features and as a younger man he was more pretty than handsome but as he ages, the features are getting harder and he's becoming more handsome. His hair is medium brown that he keeps between medium length to long and his eyes are light green, often mistaken for blue from a distance. As noted, he rarely smiles though his face is expressive if he allowed it to be. He moves very tensely, hinting to his perfectionist nature and control freak tendencies. He has a blend of a Yorkshire and Estuary accent that was much thicker before he was taken by the Agency. He can thicken his accent if need be, speak with an Oxford English accent, a Broadcast/MId State American accent, and can affect a Canadian accent. His voice is tenor and smooth.
Sexuality: He would dryly note he's a drab bisexual if someone were to question his preferences. Unlike most children who had an inkling of being attracted to to the same or both sexes, Victor was not discouraged to have alternative tastes. Even back then, the Agency saw the benefit of having a bisexual Agent with pheromones as something to their advantage. Professionally he has no preference. Personally it's a lot trickier. Emotionally he's connected to men much quicker in his personal life but it has happened with women and he's recently found that gender identity doesn't seem to be an issue for him. However, due to his emotional problems and his awareness he's a broken man, he's never had a long lasting personal relationship that hasn't turned into a more of a sibling based bond. His tastes in the bedroom are hard edged vanilla, with a preference for being on top/controlling with sometimes slipping into aggressive sex in more personal affairs. In his professional seduction if it gets to sex, he's gentle and attentive. He rankles at being controlled or being submissive since he has so little freedoms in his life.
