So using this as my constant update for gym crap cause im proud of myself even if it bores chi :-P So the max heart rate for somebody thats 18-20 ish is 200 anything close to that or over it is risking a heart attack, you cardio should be close to 70% of that which is an intense workout. my max heard rate is supposed to be 196, ive had my heart

You're target heart rate (what you want to do for working-out) is 60-85% of your maximum.
For a good workout, you want to maintain the target heart rate for 30-60 minutes.
