these are exactly the same thing for all intents and purposes, and a friend of mine who owns both says he cannot tell them apart performance wise. And that fellow does have his own studio with about a gazillion and a half dollars worth of stuff in there, so i trust the guy! I have seen no signs of suck out of those mics also.
