Mega Mighty gets! + others, collection update

2016 was a spectacular year for rare Mightys, both figures and flats! Long overdue gets post and collection update for Secret Spring Swap.

New dogtags! XD Made from some hard cardboard material. From a series called Basic Fun in 2003. It's possible to see the names but the letters are quite worn. Very used condition. Another Poochyena pog and the mighty bean at last! Now for Mighty.

The Pokemon mighty beans have some really sweet details. Look at the ear tips! They also love to roll. You can stand them up if you're patient. :)

I was very lucky to grab the Mightyena clear lamincard, P&M lenticular changing card and Mightyena roller card in a lot last year. The PokeBox card is the new version. The Poochyena sticker is from Argentina! Purple Poochyena is a foil Topps card. The other two I don't know much about except they have Mightyenas on them. The card with Mightyena and Kirlia has Jirachi in a little bubble, so most likely is from Jirachi's movie. I do love that the green haired orange jumpsuit guy has a Mightyena on his team.

Poochyena Hasbro bootleg figure check. Official on the left, fake on the right. Since this Poochy is so small and with no name or writing, I've been thinking about how to help fellow collectors spot the differences. Mostly the fake figure's scary death stare and the horrible paint job are the best clues.

Bottom view. Poor fake Poochy doesn't have a belly star or fully painted paws. :( There is a tiny clue with the tail, fake Poochy has a small dent mark. Real Poochy has this on the top of the tail.

Mightyena Hasbro figure! The eyes really do glow in the dark. And, blue spinning figure more properly known as a Battle Revolution figure! Unbelievably lucky no one outbid me on this one. The base moves to show different stats. Credit for helping with funds between paychecks goes to my mom. :) No way on earth was I gonna let these rare doggies get relisted.

Gold Mightyena metal figure and pencil topper figure! Ahhhh!!! The hunt is over! After missing one on YJ! it is awesome to have this rare figure at last. It's so well made for a small figure with the running pose, tiny teeth grabbing that Pecha berry, the look on the face and little furry back ridges. Yes, it does fit on a pencil or pen, I tried it. :D Gold Mighty is just a little dark looking here from the lighting.

The last get of 2016 goes to the clear Poochyena kid! Daily checking of searches on eBay finally paid off and I bought it lighting fast. She traveled safely from Thailand in a small kid figure lot with other older style kid figures. All were in slightly rough condition but I ain't complaining one bit, no sir! So everybody meet Rawhide. She's got a Rudolph nose, you'll see why in the flashlight photos. XD

Normal Poochyena kid on the left. Clear Poochyena kid on the right.

Obligatory flashlight picture.

"Help, I've fallen and I can't get up! Maybe my glowing nose spot will light the way."

My older flashlight is so yellow. XP

All together now! Poochyena mighty bean, Gold Mightyena metal figure, clear Poochyena kid figure, Mightyena Battle Revolution figure, Mightyena pencil top with Pecha berry, Mightyena Hasbro figure and Poochyena Hasbro figure.

I couldn't resist this posable Suicune! Sooo cute and fun to pose. The tails slip down a little now and then.

"Stop in the name of the North Wind!"

Thanks to a group buy for the choco egg figures my Latios now has a Latias. :D It's possible to switch the bases to match their colors. I did and they looked awkward, though. I placed them here in the most common Latios and Latias "my dearest" pose, I believe.

A Mudkip collection update! And others. I was lazy and just snapped a photo of my second display area on my bookshelf. Mudkip and Torchic are pull back and let 'em go to race figures. They did very well on the carpet! I don't know what the tiny Torchic on a pokeball is from. Mudkip and Swampert cup figures are not placed flat because they suctioned themselves to the shelf. Anyone else with suction cup figures ever have them become "too" attached to the surface?

Yes, that is the Superman logo. I cut it out from the cereal box. :P

Note: First time using links from Imgur for photos. Looked like medium thumbnail size was the best. Please let me know if anything is bad, too big or just not there.
