Well I found out today that the wonderful and fabooolous child support agency could take our child tax rebate check. For Tonys child support arrears that he shouldn't even owe. Even tho!!! According to child support Tony can not claim my kids as dependants when determining his child support payments. The credit we take on the taxes are for MY kids ( Read more... )

That does suck. I used mine to help with the closing costs on refinancing our house. :/

Well 300 has already been snatched by the IRS for the taxes we owed this yr. I owe my mom 500 so i need the rest to pay her back :( The thing that pisses me off is that he can't claim my kids when determining how much he has to give to that cunt of an ex wife of his. My kids seem to be predisposed to getting screwed.
