i did the exact same thing last night at midnight, well, i only cleaned and scrubbed the bathroom, but it was in order to avoid eating unnecessary food. i exhausted myself enough so that afterwards, i went right to sleep.

i'm pretty sure lysol doesn't have calories. :)

Back when I was trying to lose weight, I tried doing the "clean whenever you feel like eating" thing, but I was so hungry and exhausted from having no energy, that I ended up eating, anyway. My stomach is stronger than my mind, which is why I eventually gave up. I guess I'm too much of a "foodie" to resist food.
