I think you gonna control the intake of carbs proteins and fats. Eating so much will stress your GI.

Your friend who told you about the over-eating thing is right. But he didn't mention that it must also cause gastric problems in the long run.

Actually I will recommend smaller portions but more meals. Like instead of 3 meals a day, you have 6. Not to fill the stomach but give yourself enough calories to burn and convert them to the muscles with the right exercise regime.

The six meals a day can hardly fit my lifestylr because i cannot eat as and when i want to.
I usually wont feel full when i finish the second portion (other than the 4piece chicken), hopefully it doesnt cause gastric.

Can prep things in-between.. e.g. mass gainer. bring a lunchbox. etc.

not sure WHY you are eating so much but i would agree with jimbo with eating 6 meals rather than 3 huge ones ( ... )

Its actually just one huge one during lunch, breakfast and dinner are normal intake, but it sure makes quite a huge difference in bulking

Haiz I love rice too much, why must cut down rice? I will need alot of carbs in a day to cut down on muscles burning, rice is my main source for carbs...

Yup i do eat energy bar or slices of bread when i get hungry at about 5pm, thought u all refering to eating noodles or rice in between meals which i didnt have time to... if snacking is counted i might be eating like 6-7 times in a day :X (protein shake shortly before dinner after workout, mother's soup at about 10pm then maybe a bit of something at like 12...)

Just keep eating.... nom nom... :p

i guess if your intention is to put on weight then there is less of a need to cut down on rice. but you might want to consider substituting brown rice once in a while if it is available.

i want to introduce you to another G.I. Glycemic Index. basically it is how much and how fast sugar is being pumped into your bloodstream which in the long term is a risk factor for diabetes and metabolic syndrome. (again if you are exercising a lot it might not matter) having a huge portion of white rice in one go will pump a lot of sugar into your body in a very short space of time. but rice and refined complex carbs are no where near as bad as simple sugars that you find in drinks and sweetened sauces and snacks.
