My room is pink because when I was like three or something, my parents told me I could pick a color to get my room painted. And I was in that phase (believe me it was a short phase) where I thought pink was a cool color. And it's stayed that way because my parents didn't want to go through changing it and I never really put up a fuss about re-painting it because I made the decision to fight other battles.
