I am a 26-year-old Brit who reads your missus' stuff on LJ and also at The Rotund. I'm a scruffy stompy person with a small baby and a tall husband. I like to draw and cook, and I love music but I'm hopeless at making it so now I just buy other people's. I'm just starting up as a freelance translator in between changing nappies.

Hello.
I have been directed over here by onceupon.
I am a pretty awesome individual. I am a free lance pastry chef, and will be a personal chef as soon as I get those pesky business license thingies figured out. This means I love to cook, bake, and feed people. I'm very nurturing that way. I am also a nomad, and I seem to move every two years, but this last stay, in Baltimore, lasted 4 years, so I don't know what to say. But I just moved back to my hometown of Tulsa, which is cool because I love thunderstorms, and OK knows how to produce a storm, I tell you what. My favorite authors are Margaret Atwood and Clive Barker. I like to read, but spend to much time on the intertubes.
Oooh, and I love birthdays.

hello, and happy birthday! I was sent here via onceupon I met her once during this year's wiscon but have been reading the rotund for about a year. I'm a pretty cool girl (as long as I'm not going through the house closing process.) I am 20 something, happily single and soon to be pet mom to a fluffy bischon frise named max. I am also a govt. drone and graduate student trying to finish my MS. in business info tech. I recently moved to the burbs so I think I'm doomed/boned when a zombie apocolypse does occur but they have zombiefitness classes in my commute area so I may try them out to see if that helps. I love books and art type stuff and to pontificate with friends over drinks on the best way to dispose a body and what would happen if an actual surviviors (The UK tv show not the reality tv shows) type event were to occur. I also love tech, shopping, writing, walks, music, and elderflower mimosas. so, hi! :)
