spiders trying to kill me?

does anyone know anything about spider bites? i was out early this morning working in the garden and might’ve been bitten by something... since then i have been nauseous -slash- gastrointestinally unwell. i now may have a fever. i have a weird pimple-y looking rash on one couple-inch sized spot on one of my legs. ummm... thoughts?

It definitely sounds like it could be a spider bite, except for the rashy-ness.

i got bitten by spiders last year gardening and my forearms swelled up like popeye. take some ibu and put some cortizone type cream on it. some people get more nauseous type reactions to insect bites than others.
