I have a sulfur sensitivity, and I think I saw avacado on the list when I last was looking up foods with a high(er) sulfur content.
I can do egg whites okay it seems, so maybe theres a compromise you can find/make too. I only just figured out the egg whites thing, but it still made me damn happy.
