Why do people smoke when they're in the toliet?

I just don't understand. And old smoke really puts me off trying to pee.

I guess it's not like there's loads of open space at work or anything..

Yes indeed. Step 1, open can of coke whilst driving. Step 2, spill coke over oneself. Step 3, hit curb. Step 4, negotiate way out of smashed up car through where once there was a windscreen.
