I did too, couldn't seem to stop. It was so magnificent, from beginning to end. The very last scene after the credits was hilarious, pure Joss Whedon.

I was actually surprised just how much i liked this. But no, Hiddleston cannot be resisted, Wallander and War Horse are proof of that. Who finally clicked for me was Renner. Finally, some emotion beyond stone face and making me fall in love with stone face! Excellent all around.

I was one of those people who heard, ages ago, that Whedon was directing and I went HUZZAH. IT WILL BE GOOD. I had no doubts, and this is someone who only liked Iron Man before this film. Because in the end, Im a Whedon fan. Even with all his faults, this is so his niche and I knew he'd grandslam it.

Hawkeye was brilliant. Wasn't sure what I would think of him but Renner was so utterly amazing and it was nice to see him play a good guy-- the only other thing I'd seen him in was his guest spot on Angel *forever* ago, and he was a mouthy bastard of a vampire in that. <3

Oh, I could go on about this movie. All the feels. All the awards. xB
