Thanks :) It does seem like a pretty natural match for me, though Im really liking the beer making we are doing at home too, I guess its like cooking.

sounds very cool. I want to take some cooking classes, unfortunately in toronto I don't even know where to start looking. Seems it's either crazy expensive, or so basic it's not even funny.

George brown is the only place I can think of, but I dont know if they do anything on a small scale. Their program is renowned though for culinary arts. If you contact them, they may have something in mind.
