IRON MAN 2
To be honest, I began to lose interest in the coming Iron Man sequel ever since I heard that Terrence Howard was being replaced by Don Cheadle as War Machine. As much as I enjoy Don Cheadle as an actor, he just doesn't give that War Machine vibe. A Robbie

Wade is awesome. He's leading the nth seeded Heat in the East in practically all categories.
He did lead the Olympic team as a reserve. However, I think its because the US team was so good that the starters didn't really need to play much. Think how the Lakers and Cavs these days don't play Kobe and Gasol or Lebron in the 4th quarters. That'd mean... longer minutes for the bench mobs and better stats. What i'm trying to say is... Kobe and Lebron still were the leaders. (dagdag ko lang... Kobe is the reason the olympic team won against spain :D)
Same goes for the MVP race this season. Wade may be leading the scoring race... but Kobe and Lebron are too far ahead. It'd be Kobe>Lebron>Dwight>Wade
In the end... if the Lakers get the best record... with a 3-5 game cushion over everyone else... Kobe should repeat. :D

1) I agree. Redeem team was THAT deep. And the starters DID have to play a smaller role for ALL the players to get their chance (including flops like loozer boozer). But statistically speaking:
Lebron James: 24.3 mpg (1st on team), 15.7 ppg (1st)
Kobe Bryant: 23.0 mpg (2nd on team), 14.4 ppg (2nd)
Dwyane Wade: 17.6 mpg (6th on team), BUT 14.4 PPG (TIED WITH BRYANT FOR SECOND)
SO. Wade was out there scoring just as much as Kobe in less time. If you're suggesting that Kobe was the MVP of the team, how could he if Wade also beat him in fg%, rpg, apg, and steals per game. Again, all in fewer minutes. IT'S LIKE HE HAD TO CUT DOWN HIS MINUTES FOR KOBE AND LEBRON TO START FOR THE SIMPLE REASON THAT WADE HAD BECOME IRRELEVANT DUE TO INJURY WOES. Everyone wasn't expecting him to be playing as good as he was, and as good as he is now! FINALS MVP? Possibly Kobe. But if all the games before US vs Spain can be considered as the "regular season", then without a doubt, Dwyane Wade as REGULAR SEASON MVP. And that's what I'm trying ( ... )

Kobe's defense was awesome in the Olympics. His offense was not (at until the gold medal game)
Wade was a monster for that team.
Michael Redd = Human Victory Cigar.
And on the mvp assessment, I agree with Enzo. The argument you're making for Wade, Convi, is the same argument they were making for Kobe and LeBron back when their teams were floundering in mediocrity. Point is, the MVP has to be on one of the upper-echelon teams and the clear-cut top dog of that team. Wade's the latter but his team ain't the former.
But I think Bron gets it this year. With all respect due to Kobe of course.

2) BUT D-WADE'S DEFENSE AND OFFENSE WERE AWESOME THROUGHOUT!!!! SO OLYMPICS MVP SYA! hahaha still doesn't prove my point for regular season :))
3) Michael Redd = Larry Fonacier. After mapilay, wala nang pag-asa yung team hahahahaha
4) kaya nga similarly, Wade will lose in the voting during the year he earned it the most, similarly to James and Kobe
