A manip is when you edit two different pics together, or when you enhance it in an image-editing software. I was just wondering if the SasuSaku banner was manipped from two different pics, or if it was an official photo, or a fanart.

I have so many questions. I'm really sorry! :)

So that's a manip! To answer your question earlier, it's a fanart (I don't know who should take credit), just a single image, which I enhanced in Photoshop.
