I tried making Vietnamese coffee today. Damn, this stuff is good. It's almost like a creamy cinnamon mocha. I was about to order the ingredients online, until I stopped at the local Asian market and found that they sold both the coffee I wanted and the filters

Ah, neat. Reminds a bit of the kind of drip-filters that e.g. Kalita makes. Have you ever had coffee made that way? I'd be curious as to how they compare.

I can't say I've had coffee that way. Is there a particular kind you make with those?
