Hey, give me a call sometime if you want. 323-828-1563. Living on your own out here is sooo different than ICLA/Oakwoods. But I will tell you I have a great deal on an apartment now - 2 bedroom, 2 bath, hardwood floors, balcony in my bedroom - and we just got our rent raised from $1300 to $1350, trash is included. We pay water, electric, gas and internet. It's seriously not that bad. Miami, New York, San Francisco and Boston are honestly more expensive. Plus, you don't have rediculous heating bills like you do in the Northeast, but you're used to living in Florida now.

Thanks- I will! I gotta remember that it's only a TWO hour time difference from where I live in Florida (we're about 15 minutes from the time change line)
