New Paltz IS stupid! How many times did I try to tell you that?! I haven't heard good things about Oneonta, I heard it was in the middle of nowhere, a statement which my father amended after seeing Potsdam. Now Potsdam is in the middle of nowhere and Oneonta is next to nowhere.
Stony Brook? Ew. Well, you should totally join the radio station thingy there. The room for the radio station to cover football games is totally sweet. Except that the glass in angled such that you have this vague feeling that you're falling =D
But, at least you'll have an anime club and anime convention right near you. I need to learn table-top gaming in order to make friends.
Oh, you still need to get your fabric for your Kakuzu cosplay.
I dont think the tour guide even knew what was going on on campus, if anything. A father asked "So what do the students do in their free time or on the weekends?" The tour guide said "Uuuumm, usually the different clubs will throw a bunch of parties and if you're over 21 there's lots of bars in town."
And Oneonta and Stony Brook have booked some really awesome people to come perform! Dane Cook, Dave Chappelle, thr Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dashboard Confessional, Whoopi Golberg, among many others. The only thing the New Paltz girl could think of was Chris Rock's brother . . .
One More Complaint! She walked too fast. My dad couldn't keep up so he went back to the admissions building. "Does anyone have any questions?" "Yes. If I club you in the kneecap, will you walk slower?"
...Actually, I have no idea what Potsdam students do in their free time, they just looked so happy... Albany said they had a cab service downtown in case you went drinking
Potsdam has no one....dammit, don't you go making me regret my decision!
Hey, at least they looked like they were enjoying their collegiate experience. The Stony Brook People looked perfectly content, but the Oneonta and New Paltz students just looked bored as hell.
I actually really wanted to look at Potsdam but my dad didn't want to drive that far. I think Courtney said she wanted to go to Potsdam!
