I made sausage gravy for Yule brunch this year. This is mostly for my future reference when needing to make a large batch. Ingredients were roughly:
- 1 1/2 pounds of Bob Evans Sausage
- 1 pound of R.B. Rice's Mild Sausage
- 1 1/2 cups-ish of flour
- 1/2 gallon of milk
- 1 quart of water
- Salt and Pepper
