I still don't have a full understanding of what happened and why and I haven't receieved this letter, but it sounds very typical of the sort of rubbish that Cherwell School and Mrs Judson in particular spew unto the world on a regular basis.

I agree with your points. They are, as always, completely running away from responsibility.

That's what the world is coming to nowadays. All these bloody commissions and institutions whose job it is to work out the best way of saying 'it wasn't us, it must have been someone else'. Someone realises a stupid mistake has been made and there is a visible rush for everyone to cover their arses.
