Honestly, not THAT many people are hugely into Snape/Lupin. It's mostly Sirius/Lupin from what I've seen. Well, they do both have greasy hair...

Since when does Lupin have greasy hair? The movie doesn't count. ;)

I'd like to see a well-written Snape/Sirius, but it's probably nowhere to be found because of that 'well-written'...

fabularasa specialized in Snape/Black pre-OotP. It was a fairly popular pairing that died like a dog after book five.

Did it really die? My casual impression of the fandom in the past year or so has suggested there are still heated debates about who Black's one true love was, despite the fact that he's been dead for years.

Wood strikes me as being somewhat manic-depressive in his pep talk. One minute, he's acting depressed and forlorn at the thought of graduating without winning the trophy, and the next he's bristling with confidence that this will be their year.
