Word, look for me! I have a small posse I'm workin' on. I might even have room for +1 in the trux0r, but if you're coming from DC/Va, it might be more of a pain in the arse for you to swing by my place (Cockeysville, Md) than it would be for you to go straight there.
I am not a fan of any form of "organized religion", but wow.... I heard about these assclowns before, and it just blows my mind that anyone can be that ignorant, and inconsiderate. I think it's cool that you are trying to make a (peaceful) statement there. Just be sure that your own presence doesn't take anything away from the funeral.
As much as I want to engage this Scripturally-ignorant guy, I'm not going to, in the interest of "not taking away from the funeral." If this were just some stupid rally, I'd engage him. However, the goal of people showing up is simply to "circle the wagons" around the funeral, so the grieving family doesn't have to see these goons.
I've told countless people about Felt, and even used (I'm sure you didn't imagine this when you wrote it) Alex's character as a chance to witness about real Christianity versus "ugly American" Christianity. Good ole Frank Phelps. :)

It's amazing what you learn when you actually READ the New Testament!
