My sister is a vegan. She would actually switch from Vegitarian to vegan from time to time but I think she's straight vegan now. It's what ever you want. :)

Vegitarians don't eat meat, but they don't really consider sea food and other things meat and eat it. Vegans don't eat seafood or any kind of meat or any product that has anything to do with animals, I believe. Basically, vegans are more strict when it comes to the rules of animal eating.
