Job Offer

Contingent upon a background check (which I know, thanks to the Disney debacle, will come back clean), I have a job offer. Unless I receive a better offer for a summer job or internship closer to home, I'll be spending the summer in Sandusky, Ohio, working the front desk of Hotel Breakers at Cedar Point amusement park.

Omigawrsh! I will hate to see you go, no matter for how long, but if you want it, go for it!

Ceder Point is home to one of the truly historic carousels (or it was). If I beg a lot, will you send me photos??? :)

The Midway Carousel is still there and still operational : ) And if I make it up there, there will definitely be pictures.

There is also a MerryGoRound Museum in Sandusky which I'd be very tempted to visit on a day off. There'd be pictures taken there too, of course :D

Let me know when the off season is, too. If we ever get around to actually traveling (like my family used to do), you will be one of our stops!

Have you looked into marketing any of photography lately? If nothing else, all the cute animal and carousel photos could become greeting cards and such via Zazzle.com. I'm having a bit of luck there.
