Helen has a longwinded mathematics joke about resistance fighters escaping a German prison in the second world war, only when they get to the aircraft hanger to grab a plane and make their escape the only one left is a highly experimental complicated plane and the pilot from the Polish resistance is a bit dim to fly it. Long story short the whole thing is a leadup to "I'm a simple Pole on a complex plane"
