Well i think i do, I stand by everything that ive written. Oh and that title wasn't directed to anybody by the way. I just thought it was good advice hah.

Mike, what I think our nameless friend is trying to point out is that your sentence had two clauses, but no conjunction! It SHOULD have read, 'AND it was summer for a few hours.'

I agree, think before you write!
