Relief (at least partial)

So the big get together this weekend was a whole lot less that what was advertised, mostly because my dad 'didn't want to make a fuss'. I applaud him on that thought, and give him an F for execution. Saying that we have to talk about something important and then clamming up is NOT! a way to keep people from worrying

I sympathize, my relatives can be like that too, sometimes! But I'm really glad to hear the news is better than expected. Good thoughts and prayers will be maintained for Thursday's surgery.
