Finished watching Season 4 last night. My god....this series started out so damn cool, and then progressed to a huge boring religous whine-fest. I finished the series just because I wanted to see how it would end, and the last episode was a pretty cool final battle with the Cylons. The very end was interesting, if telegraphed a mile away. Dollhouse gets better as it carries on.

The 13th episode set in a possible future is absolutely brilliant.

Right now I'm watching through Smallville, Lost, and Dexter. Once I finish those up I plan to get obsessed with BSG, as I've heard it's insanely awesome.

Any truth to the rumor that Bryan Singer is going to do a BSG film that ISN'T based on the series?

I've stopped watching halfway though season 3. It's not as if the stories are bad but like you I've just gotten fed-up with the extreme religious overtones.

I also began to hate Starbuck..

Now before the series launched and it was announced that Starbuck was going to be a woman, I was prepared to hate it.

However when it actually launched, Katee Sackhoff's Starbuck was almost exactly Dirk Benedict's and I was really enjoying her take on the character.

However as time went on she stopped being the cocky ace pilot and became the miserable, whiny, religion obsessed character she ended up being.
