i went in to the hearing clinic today to get fitted for ear plugs. i need them real bad. i get random pains and ringing whenever i find relative silence, regardless of whether ive had a band practice or been to a show or destroyed my ears anyhow

im not sure. i hear alot of good things but im still pretty worried that they wont sound good and ill hate them. apparently the filters reduce all fequencies evenly so it doesnt sound shitty, and the ones i got reduce everything by 25 decibels. im not sure exactly what that means but theyre thats the highest reduction in musicians plugs.
hopefully theyre worth it cus it cost 170 bones.
