So today started off pretty super geeky.  I finally beat KOTOR II, and was incredibly disappointed by the ending.  What an amazing game.... all up until the ending.  GAH!!  Way to ruin it!!  Oh well, so is the price of being a hardcore light side self-sacrificer ;).

As the title so obviously implies, today was indeed a day of firsts.  I went to my first professional rock concert/series of mini-concerts today.  I also participated in my first mosh pit today.  I ALSO got my pocket picked for the first time today =P.

WOOOO!!  I just got back from the DSO presentation of the music of Final Fantasy!  SO FREAKING AMAZING LET ME TELL YOU!!!!  IT WAS OFF THE HEEZY!!!  They even had these huge screens that would occasionally show cutscenes from the game that each piece was from.  I know it sounds corny, but it really helped set the mood.  I found that during every ( Read more... )

I just found a really great website.  It allows me to make crappy art without buying lots of supplies.  The site even records your brushstrokes so that others can see just how your picture was made.  Some of the pieces that have been submitted to the gallery are absolutely AMAZING.  Someone even copied a Van Gogh painting into it.  It is a great ( Read more... )
