ROME - An Italian judge has dismissed an atheist's petition that a small-town priest should stand trial for asserting that Jesus Christ existed, both sides said on Friday.

sorry about the delay. I hadn't been to a computer since Studying Friday night at the cafe. Sometimes the weekends do that, not having modern technology at the house and having to go out to it. I appreciate the add. It is great running into interesting people on the web.
