Ran at 12K in 57:09 this morning. It was a good hill, mostly flat with occasional hills, only two of which were steep.
That is a 7:40 pace/mile overall.
It was my first 12K and faster than any 10K I have run before. Oh, and I came in 3d for my age group. :)
