Today was a great day!

 Ok. So FINALLY this was the day! We received our final approval to proceed with our renovation plans from the other half of the partnership (the guys who are funding it) So I now I have to get all my vendors back in line, and get some purchase orders executed. The way things work these days, we are 8 to 12 weeks our from receiving all of our FF&E

I did. Upon closer inspection, it really did look like a tin can with some xmas lights glued to it- hehe- which did remove alot of the mystique for me, but hell, I'd still put that bitch up in my front lawn if it belonged to me. I'm tacky that way.

lol It's amazing how things are built for the distance they're viewed at. They look amazing and then you get up close and it's some wood and paint. Freaky how so much of the wold is a stage prop, eh? ;-)
