A couple of days ago a very close friend gave me an offer for a place to stay, its not garunteed, but there is a good chance. There are a couple of prblems though. First me and him are good friends, but living together might bring us to each other throats, and the price is, well, pricey, $100 more than I'm paying here and that'll pull me real

Starting over is a pain in the ass... I've done it too many times before. From the States to the U.K., then back to Florida, and finally to various cities in California... it's fucking scary. Anyone who tells you different is a moron, because yes, you are going to a new place, and you're having to start completely fresh with new friends and new hangouts.

But you have family, and that's a major plus. People in the Bay Area are way cooler than Sacto people, there's a better clubbing scene, more awesome concerts... definitely lots of things to distract you and places to meet new people. If you stay in Sac and stretch yourself too thin, chances are you'll either end up with your aunt anyway, or she may rescind her invitation and then you'll be fucked. It's only temporary, but then again, you may love it so much you decide you don't want to leave.

Trust me. You have a brilliant opportunity to get started easily here, don't pass it up. You'll thank yourself in the future.

Believe me, I know the feeling. I lived in Sacramento all my life then decided to move up here to WA. As much as it scared me and still saddens me from time to time, I'm glad I made the choice to make a change in my life. A big change. I am happy here...though I don't know many people. That will change over time and I still keep in touch with people back home, as you well know. Hope this helps!

I'm almost positive I know who it is, but my only true comment is to follow your instincts.
It'll suck being away from everybody, but if it helps YOU to succeed YOUR GOALS!
And get that MUCH CLOSER to ACCOMPLISHING what YOU WANT TO!
Then my vote is for the bay area, because hey, we've all got some sort of phone or email or something you can reach us at, and almost all of us have connections to some what close of a distance, so we will all see each other again.
Besides.. new chicks right? lol.

Anyway, me and lou have been thinking about different things, but we talked to a close friend too about a living situation but after speaking with lou, i think he feels we should find our own place, like an apt or something.
Cause honestly sometimes as I was thinking, living with your best friends.. well there is a very high chance it could destroy friendships.
Now that I thought more closely to that, I know that I really want to pursue now to be us 2 together in a place for awhile.
I just hope we get past the credit check stuff =/.
