with a little twist of event, i was resting at home yesterday instead of today. so i digged my fridge for the ingredients tat are suitable for the white fungus lotus seed broth tong shui. and guess wat i found, white fungus, ginkgo nut, lotus seed, dry lily bulb, red dates, longan and the rock sugar....

oh yeah hor heheee....tats great! i shall see how lah, either i boil the tongsui again, or mayb i can smuggle u out the nite before for some supper :P, or late afternoon lunch after the race?

serve chill very nice hor, the last time i cooked nobody wanna eat so ended up whole week every night i had a bowl of chill 6-scents. :p
