Ok, so since the stupid tech at the hospital couldn't get a good pic (unlike my Dr.) and opened her mouth to say 'You should get it confirmed... Just to be safe.' I'm all worried that Michaela isn't a Michaela and is really a Bryson (our name for a boy). So here are U/S pics of a boy and then mine... Yes, yours looks like the girls. I like how you even found ones at 19w4d. I do see the three lines on yours and it looks nothing like the boys. But I am sure that is nerve wracking having her say that!

I do see a "hamburger" on your's and a turtle on the boy ultrasound! So it's probably pretty safe to say that you're having a girl! I think the tech at the hospital said that because they aren't really allowed to tell you "FOR SURE", ya know? Because they can be wrong sometimes! And then they don't want to look bad for being wrong or getting in trouble or whatever. Don't freak too much and just make sure that you keep reciepts of everything you buy, JUST IN CASE! LOL!! But I wouldn't worry too much!

Yea, Brit... I guess that's what bothers me is that she's not supposed to say anything and she did. She shouldn't have said anything if she couldn't get a clear shot. She said that her legs were crossed or that she was moving too much (she chased her to get the pics she needed, LOL) to be able to get a good clear pic... and I guess that's what's bothering me.

I don't care... My doctor (who REFUSES to tell if she can't get a good pic) said it's a girl and that she'd buy pink, so I'm going with a girl. She's Michaela until when and if we are proved otherwise! This just means there's more of a reason to talk Mikey into a 3-D ultrasound for my birthday or Valentine's day. LOL

LOL!! Okay, real quick, I just want to tell you what my dr. told me about the 3d ultrasounds! You have to have them early enough that the baby still has plenty of room to move and plenty of amniotic fluid because it can be hard to get a clear shot if she doesn't have a whole lot of room to move and is all jumbled up in a ball. So you may want to call your doctor and find out when a good time to have one wo uld be and when the latest possible date you could get a good 3d ultrasound would be! But yeah, that's a great reason to talk Mikey into that for a gift!! You could always just say "Hey look, dammit, I'm carrying your child, the least you could do is get me the u/s!" LOL! Guilt usually works when you're pregnant, but don't count on it afterwards! LMAO!! I've tried for 3 weeks now! LMAO!! You can only get by with stuff so long after you have the baby! LMAO!! Damn men! LMAO! We gotta love 'em! Anyway, I hope you are able to get the 3d u/s because they are so neat to look at!!! GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!!

Yea, I talked to the Dr. that does them and he said that he recommends getting them between 24 and 30 weeks. And I'm 22 now (well, will be tomorrow), so I figure I'll get mine about 26 or 27 weeks. However, if she keeps growing at the rate she is (4 ozs. in 2 weeks!), I'll probably need to do it sooner! LOL

And yes, men... They annoy the shit out of us, but we love them! LOL
